Fees and associated costs for the Ch-13 Bankruptcy Appraisal Course that can lead to certification through the National Manufactured Housing Appraisal Society are $400.00.

The fee includes instructional costs as well as administrative costs and certification, if course requirements are met. The fee also includes the costs of maintaining a roster of qualified appraisers available on this site.

It does not include the NADA Appraisal Guide, which is required material for the course and is the responsibility of the student to obtain.  We will, however, furnish you the address and or telephone numbers for NADA so you can obtain your personal NADA Appraisal Guide.
