Fees & Costs

Fees and associated costs for the Ch-13 Bankruptcy Appraisal Course that can lead to certification through the National Manufactured Housing Appraisal Society is $400.00.

The fee includes instructional costs as well as administrative costs and certification, if course requirements are met as well as the costs to maintain a roster of qualified appraisers available on this site.

This does not include the required materials of the NADA Appraisal Guide, which is the responsibility of the student.  We will, however, furnish you address and or telephone numbers for NADA so you can obtain your personal NADA Appraisal Guide.
