Mission Statement

The National Manufactured Housing Appraisal Society, LLC, (NMHAS) was organized to set ethical and professional standards for manufactured housing appraisals and to provide board certification and recognition for manufactured housing appraiser professionals who have completed specialized educational requirements, demonstrated competence in manufactured housing valuation, agree to abide by a code of ethics as set forth by NMHAS, LLC., and meet our professional standards.

Through successful study and a passing grade of 80%, students enrolled in the Manufactured Housing Appraisal/Valuation Course will be entitled to apply for NMHAS certification as a certified manufactured housing appraiser.

Certification by NMHAS will enhance opportunities of appraisers to work with attorneys and lenders, who deal with manufactured housing bankruptcies and for loan applications.

NMHAS, LLC, is a nationwide provider of licensing to regulate and upgrade the profession of manufactured housing valuation.
